Labels are brilliant, we have ordered more. Only down side is delivery does take a while

Fast delivery, as ordered. The labels are nice.

The delivery time was a little long.

Where I ordered for the first time the product arrived quickly and we were at peace

Initially, I received another person's labels due to a shipping error. The customer service team responded quickly and offered me a solution that would enable me to receive new labels on time. Claim on August 30, express dispatch on the 31st for receipt on September 1. Despite this, delivery arrived on September 4 (delayed by Chronopost to the 2nd and then to the 4th due to logistical problems...).

Possibly because the order was placed during the summer vacations, the post office was later than expected in the delivery. The order had not been left in the mailbox. I contacted Petit-Fernand.es and they told me not to worry at all, that they were re-releasing the labels and would get them to me free of charge (unless I received them in a couple of days, in which case they asked me to call back to cancel the re-release). The next day I received the order in my mailbox so I contacted Petit-Fernand.es again to let them know so they wouldn't have to reprint them. I thought that was wonderful and it makes me value the customer service very positively. The only drawback was the cost of the calls, which were premium rate calls.

The iron-on labels unfortunately do not last long ..5-10 washes

The labels are fantastic and well presented with added extras! Delivery time was longer than expected.

The labels are nice, but the print quality isn't top-notch (white on color, drooling and poor legibility).

Easy to use site. Great quality product. Only downside is cost.

Accurate and reliable. This is the second time I have purchased from them. This time I was a little disappointed with the printing success, but I probably made the wrong choice of colors. A support chat bot perhaps would be helpful.

Very expensive. In addition, we pay taxes at the end of the order while the prices are TTC ... promo when you buy two products, but the promo on free shipping are not cumulative ... misleading advertising ... I do not think I will recommend ...!!

The stickers stick really well. Whether dishwasher or washing machine, they stick firmly.

The labels are adorable and received very quickly, the only hitch the clothing labels do not hold at all in the wash!!! First machine, they were everywhere in the drum and none on the clothes?

Unfortunately I cannot evaluate my order placed on 27/08 and still not received ... #UPDATE I received my order a few days later. Perfect for the quality of the labels. Just don't be in a hurry to get them home ... and therefore order them long before the start of the school year.

Quality on the mark, longer lead time certainly due to multiple back-to-school orders.

We had the bottle one week and the picture bubbled! This bottle was just short of £30! Not been put in the dishwasher only been in contact with water. However, I had a response and action taken within 24 hours. Handled perfectly by petit Fernand team who have immediately arranged a replacement. Thank you.

Did not receive my order But they sent a new batch of labels after leaving a review. Updating review. All received.

The labels arrived when they said they would and the service was fine, but unfortunately they didn't stick on some of the things I needed them to and fell off in the washing machine (even though I followed the instructions to the letter). I have since ordered iron on labels from another company.

Absolutely love the labels! They are great quality and look lovely. Loved the extra little stickers too! A fast post delivery option would be great, but great service highly recommend!

The quality of the labels is great, I have already washed some clothing items a few times and the labels are in perfect condition. My order was not delivered in the timeframe I was given and got only an automated reply when I tried contacting them, but luckily the order arrived the next day. I will choose the tracked delivery for peace of mind next time.

The stickers are perfect but delivery took over 2-3 weeks

Ordered over 3 weeks ago. Tracked and says they have been delivered but they haven't. I went by peoples recommendations and feel very disappointed

Ordered labels for school uniform and were marked as delivered after waiting 10 days but didn't receive them. Took several attempts of reaching out to the company before they offered to resend or a refund. Patiently awaiting my refund now and disappointed as I'd heard such good things and the labels looked great on the website.

I paid extra for a 24h delivery and my parcel arrived... 72 hours later! So, for me, it's a totally useless extra charge. I wanted to ask for help but I corresponded with "a robot" and didn't find the help I needed.

Labels took more than 3 weeks to arrive. Left a review and messaged regarding the labels and was offered a refund or for them to be shipped again but they arrived before that was needed. I've applied them to the clothes and they seem to be sticking ok.

First time purchase from here (only bought the label stickers for clothing) they are good quality itself and doesn't come off in the wash! I would recommend highly and I will be using this service for as long as my children are at school.

The heat adhesive labels are beautiful, the finish is great but the downside I find is that I do not end up fixing at all to the clothes and with washing and use they end up peeling off.

I have had no success with the iron-on labels. They have come off my sons school uniforms the first time I have washed them. I followed all instructions and it was a normal wash cycle. Thank you for the reply. I have not received an email.

Edit: team were in touch after I replied and resent the item. Order never arrived. I contacted the team and received a generic pre filled response. No further contact received or refund offered.

The delivery took a while.

Order not yet arrived, put back on delivery but still not arrived. Also the tracking number seems to have never been picked up UPDATE I have edited the review because order has arrived.

They look great but came off straight away in the washing machine! - I put them on the labels of clothes.

Long processing times

Unfortunately, I don't like the iron-on labels. The selection that was made on the homepage was not implemented as selected, so I now have labels that I didn't want. But maybe I made a mistake when I entered them. Apart from that, I found the delivery time of over two weeks too long for the price, so the product arrived later than required. The labels only fulfill their purpose to a limited extent when ironed on. However, customer service proved to be very friendly and accommodating and a solution was offered.

Very nice products with top quality. I have already ordered various stickers, lunch boxes and drinking bottles and have always been very satisfied. The stickers are delivered in "booklet form" which I think is great because nothing flies around and everything is together. One star deduction because the motifs are not sufficient. With some stickers, some motifs are simply too small or the positions don't quite fit. It would be nice if you could decide the distance between the motifs and the text yourself.

The quality of the product is perfect, but there are questions about the delivery. I ordered the product on 31.07. and received it on 20.08. No one has replied to my messages. So 5 for product quality and 0 for delivery. I hope the experience will be better next time.
