I have to admit I don't know how to rate it. Speed of delivery, price, print quality... all seem very good to me. But I must admit I'm disappointed with the model I chose. My daughter thought she was getting a glitter model, but it's a glitter "effect" with white stars on a pink background. The choice was a bit misleading. So my opinion isn't the wisest. Choose your rendering carefully.

The labels are really great. This is the 4th school year that I have ordered them. They stay on the clothes and resist washing. A little disappointed that once the order was placed a promo code of 15% came out the next day.

You have to try out several types, patterns etc. before you really find the right versions for your labels. Wide choice of patterns and colors. Fast shipping, everything in a handy booklet. Second order, I'll buy more as I need them.

Stickers as per the image on the site. I haven't used them yet so I can't judge the performance. Very bad delivery service: no email was sent about shipping or delivery. The envelope was placed in the mailbox without even intercom.

The labels are very pretty, but on the clothes labels the writing is super small, although I chose the same font and color as the object labels (which sound great). You have to get really close to see who the garment belongs to, which isn't very practical for school, and I think I'm going to have to rewrite on them, which is a shame and loses its interest.

Fast delivery. Super pretty bottles, keep cool even when it's very hot. However, the cap is complicated to open and close, even for an adult. I had to remove it so that my daughter could serve herself independently.

For the price of the products, the work isn't perfect: the labels decorating the tartine boxes have air bubbles, and one of the 6 had a small dent in the plastic. But the boxes are great to use, and the disingne are great for kids.

The label concept is great, even if the ones for the supplies are a bit too big. Great gourd too, but the cap is so hard to open that it comes off completely when you open it. Unfortunately, a 4-year-old can't reclip it on his own, so it quickly gets lost or stays unhooked, which spoils its usefulness.

I do very well with the adhesive labels, although they do occasionally come off with washing even at low temperatures. I would have liked to order other items as well, such as the water bottle or the personalized bag, but for anything other than labels there is a flat fee for shipping that makes people give up on the order. Too bad indeed!

I love the product. I have been using it for a couple of courses for my little girl...but by mistake, I understand, I got a whole page with a different name. I have lost that page so I can use it with my daughter. Otherwise fine, as always.

Initial order got lost in the post. After 12 working days I contacted customer services to confirm that i had not received my order. They kindly offered the option of refund, or resend at their cost. I accepted resend, and received the new order within 5 working days. Really appreciated the customer service and easy resolution. The products were as described and appear to be good quality!
