Excellent item as always! The past few years now I've ordered the stick on labels for my childrens school clothes, they're so easy to use and I've and have never had any problem with them. This year I had an Issue with the post. I placed an order a few weeks ago and it never arrived. I contacted customer services via email and they were great, arranged for a new set to be sent out which I've just received today!

Nice selection of labels and simple design and the delivery time was as promised. Unfortunately, the iron-on labels do not stick to the clothes despite following the instructions exactly. They peel off after the first wash and the corners are already coming loose again on unworn clothes. I hope that at least the labels for the shoes hold as promised.

We are sorry to hear that your labels are peeling off - of course this should not happen! Are you sure you have followed all the instructions for use? https://www.esistmeins.de/etiketten-kleben-aufbuegeln Set the iron to 200°C (cotton/linen setting, no steam) and wait a few minutes before using it. Ironing labels are applied directly to the garment. Caution: avoid elastic areas and seams. If all the instructions for use have been followed and the problem persists, please send us photos of the labels that are not sticking and of the item to which you want to apply the labels. We will then be able to better understand the problem and help you further.
