Quite disappointed with the order Not bad label not usable .. does not detach and when we get the label is damaged so not aesthetic or then adhesive residue around the label . I ordered elsewhere.

My stickers arrived and I was very happy with the quality.

I ordered in total 60 stickers, which I've not yet received. I selected the standard free postage, however to my surprise I have recieved a fee due notice through from Royal Mail. The sender did not pay postage and I must pay £3.50 to get my stickers. I cannot comment on the stickers yet as I've not yet recieved them but disappointed already that there are 2 postage options and the Free standard is not infact free. I would have paid for the tracked postage had I of known.

Hello, We are sorry that you had this issue with the delivery. However, we do obviously pay postage. What can happen, however, it that the customs demand some of our clients, on rare occasions, to pay a fee, that we absolutely refund!
