I have been buying labels from Fernand for years :) he is now one of the family. I liked the ease of the website, the designing of them (not thousands of choices which is good) delivery was good, the product is nice but I'm disappointed when you remove them from the backing sheet. They seem strong but they misshape when you remove them from the adhesive backing sheet which is a tad annoying, it doesn't sit neat/straight on my items. It's like it's not really cut properly. Everything good prior just a slight disappointment with the removing of labels.

Thank you very much for sending the labels back to me when the first order was lost, after a few weeks they arrived again. I always used Petit Fernand labels and they arrived on time, only this year they delayed (by a lot) the delivery, but they were able to make it up to me, I think it was more a problem of the post office!
