I didn't receive my order, even though it said it had been delivered. I contacted them and they quickly responded with a refund or reshipment at their expense. Thanks to monétiquette for their service and the speed with which the order was processed.

Super, I bought the sticky labels for clothes and they stick really well, very practical and time-saving to prepare clothes for a discovery class. My boy loves the labels and they're personalized too, the only downside is that it's a bit hard to peel them off the notebook.
