I had a problem with the thermal water bottle and they kindly sent me back a brand new one with customization. Not to mention the assistance I had from customer service while waiting for the package.Highly recommend their products! FUNDAMENTAL school labels ! After many many washes they don't come off or fade. And the thermal water bottle a wonder for both cold and hot drinks !

My experience has been very good, because after a delay in the order I contacted them and they gave me 2 options, send me another order without paying anything or refund me the money. I chose the first option and a few days later the order arrived due to a delay in the post office. I notified them to cancel the new order and they were going to send it to me anyway. It is with much amazement that I must state that half of the self-adhesive labels affixed to my babies' clothes came off at the first washing in the washing machine :( Frankly, I was surprised because my friends' experience had been different. I haven't tried the thermoadhesive ones yet, so mine is a partial review. I had bought the mixed pack offered for kindergarten.
