Unfortunately,for the first time,the labels I ordered did not arrive (because of the shipper). I contacted the after sales service which was able to assist me the best,quickly and kindly. Delay problem. Usually everything goes well, but I needed the labels within 48 hours and they didn't arrive. Coming back from vacation on Wednesday, I realized that I didn't have enough labels for the children's school outings. So I placed an order on Thursday morning. The kids went on a field trip the following Tuesday and the labels still weren't there. I'd have them in advance for this summer. But too bad. So they arrived between Tuesday lunchtime and Thursday. Next time I'll take a little more time.
