I've made a few purchases from petit Fernand and I love their children's name stickers. They stick to clothes and items really well and I don't have to worry about them falling off. The choice of designs, colours, fonts and sticking surfaces is excellent. Thank you!

Delivery took a very long time. Product is not double-sided, which means that the window stickers can only be seen indoors. Very disappointed. Just look like white splodges from the other side.

Regarding the delivery time, it took all together 8 working days due to the strikes on the post and busy Christmas period. Usually, it is in a frame of 2-6 working days. Very nice item. Fast shipping and well packaged. Ordered 5 gourds for Christmas gifts, a discount granted for the buyer very nice surprise.The children were delighted with the personalization of their Christmas gifts. Very nice idea to have tags to help the Wise Men wrap. I wish they were twice as big even if they fit less and had more shine, but happy with the purchase. They could speed up the shipping a little more and it would be perfect.

I ordered a book of labels for my grandfather who goes to the Ephad. Personalization is a plus. He liked his little soccer ball next to his name, and the writing had to be black on a white background, so it was perfect! So far, it's been a good experience: the labels are easy to apply, but we'll just have to see how they hold up over time!

I had a problem with the delivery (due to my mistake) and the customer service department was very helpful. I purchased labels and they are very nice and hold up well. Only one suggestion in choosing colors: best if there is some contrast between the background and the lettering, although I must say it still reads.
