The service is very good, I ordered sticky labels the first time and they were very cute and held up very well. This time I recommended iron-on labels and after the first wash at 40 degrees, they were all gone. I'm really disappointed this time. I should have stuck to iron-on labels like the first time.

Disappointed with my last order. The dinosaur motif I'd chosen didn't appear on the white/grey background, I didn't see this bug and I received labels with no illustration (just the first name). After-sales service told me all I had to do was reread my order in my e-mails... and after a 2nd complaint I was entitled to a discount voucher.... I won't be ordering from them again
