Excellent customer service, unbeatable. I did not receive the first order and they solved it immediately. The failure was with the Seur delivery that I did not get the order. It is not the first time that this has happened to me with this delivery company in my area.

The stickers took a long time to arrive, as sent from France, which wasn't made clear. They do not actually seem to work and fall off in the wash. They are also badly perforated, so almost impossible to remove from the sticker sheet in the first place. I give this 2 stars as they are actually pretty cute stickers, just useless. I would not buy from this company again.

We bought some labels and stickers for the beginning of the school year for our daughter, they arrived late and the envelope was torn and empty. We informed you of what happened and you sent them again, they arrived on Saturday afternoon and the envelope had scratches and some of the pages were wrinkled. I like the stickers, they work well but I ordered at the end of the back to school rush and I think the cutting machine needed it's blades sharpened because they weren't quite cut through.
