Thank you very much for sending the labels back to me when the first order was lost, after a few weeks they arrived again. I always used Petit Fernand labels and they arrived on time, only this year they delayed (by a lot) the delivery, but they were able to make it up to me, I think it was more a problem of the post office! The stickers took a long time to arrive, as sent from France, which wasn't made clear. They do not actually seem to work and fall off in the wash. They are also badly perforated, so almost impossible to remove from the sticker sheet in the first place. I give this 2 stars as they are actually pretty cute stickers, just useless. I would not buy from this company again.
