The thermoadhesive labels that were sent to me were faded and poorly printed, with poorly defined outlines and blurry designs. I wrote two emails to customer service and they replied with an automated message that did not respond to my problem, then they did not respond again. I also tried to contact them through the IG page, same result. I am very disappointed. I will not buy again.

Firstly, I hadn't received the e produtos and complained. The customer service team immediately came to ask me what had happened and suggested a solution. Ordered some labels at the end of August for the start of school, the delivery was marked as delivered but I did not receive. I messaged the Facebook page and was dealt with quickly and given the option of a refund or for them to be sent again, I chose for them to be sent again and they have just arrived. Even though there was a delay the communication was excellent and I received them in the end. Thank you!
