Great company and excellent customer service. I placed an order and it hadn't arrived when expected. I emailed them and without hesitation they offered to reprint and send (at no additional cost) or to give a refund. A couple of days later my order arrived - great quality and very useful items. A few days after that the original order turned up with lots of odd postal markings - looks like it got held up somewhere in the mail. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Their service shines when something out of their control goes wrong.

I have been ordering my childrens school labels from Petit Fernand for the past 3 years. They are honestly the best labels around. Delivery did take a while this time round (this was issues on Royal Mails side though not Petit Fernand) but when I did contact customer services to see if I could track my order the speed in which they responded was exceptional.
