Ordered on 06.09.22 and after 20 days it was finally delivered successfully. As a gesture of goodwill, it was printed a second time and delivered again.

Took too many days to arrive

The purchase process, easy and with many options. I liked it. Now what I find deplorable is the shipping and delivery process. I spend a lot of money, big or small, it doesn't matter, and I don't even know when or if the package will arrive, I see it as third world. It has taken me a month to receive the package. It is a far cry from any other online shopping platform, where you are notified of the process, the day of receipt and it arrives in a timely manner. I will not buy any more if you do not change the system you currently have.

The truth is that the quality and the primer is quite good. That if the one in charge of making the brochure. A disaster. He mixed up my children's names and surnames wrong. So for that part a little dissatisfied.

I got the kindergarten packet, all very nice. But the adhesive ones for fabrics, to put on the labels, after 2 washes they came off ?? I will see if the thermoadhesive ones are better. The ones for objects look better to me. Let's see how long they will last

I ordered the labels for the second time ! I must say that the first time I had a great time The second time though, very bad ! They took more than 20 days to arrive ! Very slow in shipping ! Absurd ! But the labels are of good quality, that yes !

The labels look very nice but don't last two washes. It's a shame, because they don't last long when used to mark clothes and are unfortunately not worth the very reasonable price. However, they stick very well (so far and for the last 4 weeks) on flat items and items that are less exposed to wear and tear or do not need to be washed. They can therefore be recommended. I can recommend them less for clothing. Therefore only 2.5 out of 5 stars.

Ordered iron on labels for daughters school uniform. Look amazing however started peeling after first wash.

The quality of iron-on garment labels has declined dramatically.

This time I was very disappointed! I ordered the labels on September 2 I received them wrong (alas yes with another baby's name) and to this day I still haven't received the right ones!!!

Last year I ordered them and phenomenal this time no, they come off in no time. They are like poorly made, it's not the same.

We received the order later than expected, while we paid additional shipping costs.

Order never arrived

I recently placed 2 orders, mindful of the previous very positive experience. The labels ordered now are very shoddy and peel off quickly, especially compared to the ones from 2 years ago that are still all attached. To date, half of the new ones have already come off. Too bad

Package arrived more than a week late

Shipment arrived early, but product did not live up to expectations. Followed instructions but labels came off after a short time.

Good morning, for the last order I had asked for delivery within 48 h with the addition of a surcharge, but the delivery was not within the requested time. For previous orders I have always been very well satisfied.

I learned about the site through a sponsorship on social media. It immediately made a very good impression on me, the site is well done, there are many options for making custom labels. Although the printing is perfect and the aesthetic result is very nice, the functional result is absolutely poor. I purchased both adhesive labels for objects and thermal labels for clothing. Regarding the former, nothing to say. Once attached on the object they stay, but the adhesive ones are absolutely bad. They come off after the first wash (30 degrees). Out of 30 sticky ones, they went through 2 washes about a dozen. I would absolutely not buy this product again.

Adhesive labels do not hold and the iron-on labels only last 7-8 washes then you have to iron them again sometimes they only last 3-4 washes. The shoe labels are also not top would be better if they had a left right label and were smaller! Nevertheless, better than the competition where it tears after 4 washes.

Unreliable adhesive labels, attached two weeks ago and already found a couple in the washing machine (40' wash)...I don't think I would buy them again....

Beautiful labels; colors and options numerous and nice well made. Unfortunately, the thermo stickers don't stay on well after two washes, in fact they just fall off and can't be resealed. The adhesive ones for clothing labels are much more valuable

It's the second time we've bought. Last year and this year, but unfortunately the quality was not the same. The labels do not collent well on the colors. We are very disappointed and are already thinking about ordering elsewhere.

I had two codes at gemo because I bought two back-to-school outfits but one of the two codes didn't work and the other worked but I was charged 8 and not 2 as indicated.

The rendering of the labels is satisfactory, but the batches ordered are mixed together, and the first names are mixed between the notebooks. I wouldn't recommend buying them for gifts, for example.

I received the labels very quickly but to my great regret they don't stick properly. After wearing or washing the garment, the labels come off.

I ordered labels on September 3 and on September 14 they still have not arrived. I am waiting for a response from the member service, but I see that there are several people complaining.... Good evening, I placed an order (N°3000978945) on August 29, it turns out shipped the next day but still no news. I contacted customer service and they told me to be patient until September 15 ( school already started). I am very sorry about this inconvenience because this is the fourth year I have been buying from them so far there have been no problems, shipments have arrived after po ho days. Last year a label was found to be defective and within 3 days they sent me the new reprinted corrected ones. Hopefully everything arrives on time I would hate to change suppliers.

Unfortunately, it is not immediately clear on the homepage that shipping takes a LONG time. It is mentioned everywhere that shipping takes 48 hours. But you have to find out for yourself that the whole thing comes from France and that shipping takes forever. I ordered on 30.08. By the way, it wasn't shipped until 06.09.. So here, too, the 48h deadline was not met. The goods have still not arrived. I am now forced to buy stickers from another supplier AGAIN, as I need them for the start of school. I very much hope that I will get my money back. The structure of the homepage and the delivery times should definitely be made clearer. If this had been clear to me before I ordered, I wouldn't have ordered there again as it would have been clear that it probably wouldn't arrive on time. Too bad.

We ordered water bottles, the order arrived, the quality of the bottle is good but, there is a big but. The quality of the cap is bad, absolutely not suitable for children, it breaks very easily and we have already had to replace them twice, a hidden cost that would deserve some attention. Some of their kindergarten classmates have also had the same problem with the same product. It's a shame because the rest is fine.

I purchased that iron on labels for my children's uniform my little boy has been going to nursery about the holidays I have washed his T-shirt one with the label on and it has already come off! Unfortunately I've purchased these for four of my children I think they are a waste of money and will be purchasing a permanent pen! ??

The labels are badly punched. Almost all of them come off badly or tear at the corners. The small labels don't stick to pens or brushes. I had to fix them all with sellotape. It was a lot of work to stick them all over again.

Unfortunately I have no opinion on the product, as I didn't like the delivery. Tracked delivery would have been appreciated, as otherwise no recourse is possible. It's a shame.

The stickers are beautiful. But the delivery times are very long, even if you take into account that production takes place in France. My order also got lost in the first shipment. After many back and forth messages with the friendly customer service, I finally received the stickers after another shipment about three and a half weeks after ordering. The messages emphasized that delivery can take up to 8 working days and that you should only make an entry after 10 working days without receipt. No reference is made to this in the order. It simply states that the ordered products will be manufactured and handed over to the post office within 48 hours. I would therefore order elsewhere next time.
