I ordered a customized bottle and lunch box. The sealing ring on the bottle is bent, so it doesn't do its job. The personalized label on the lunch box has multiple bubbles that will eventually peel off...a pity because the quality of the bottle and lunch box looks good. I have complained and am waiting for a reply.

Hello, in 2013 I ordered a set of special summer camp labels and was delighted. This year, I ordered a kit again, but I find that it doesn't really meet my needs. It would be nice to be able to choose the contents of the kit according to the age of the child and the length of the stay. My daughter is going away for 3 weeks, and she's 12, so she needs more clothing and footwear labels than are included in the kit. On the other hand, the kit offers too many object labels. What's more, I had a major problem with the sticky clothing labels coming unstuck! I've filed a customer service complaint, but so far there's been no response. So I'm going to have to buy iron-on to mark the rest of the clothes, even though it's much less attractive than these colorful, customizable labels. At 32 euros per kit, I thought I'd be able to mark everything, so I'm a bit disappointed with my purchase.

Disappointed with my last order. The dinosaur motif I'd chosen didn't appear on the white/grey background, I didn't see this bug and I received labels with no illustration (just the first name). After-sales service told me all I had to do was reread my order in my e-mails... and after a 2nd complaint I was entitled to a discount voucher.... I won't be ordering from them again

I was satisfied with my personalized water bottle until the stopper stopped working after 2 months and customer service told me to buy another one! What a shame, because other brands would never have said that! The stopper is defective and I have to buy a new one myself, and after telling customer service, they give me a 20% discount! Magnifique .

Iron-on labels that come off in the first wash... (40° cotton cycle) Really disappointed, no future orders for me.

So disappointed I'm not receive my kids iron label yet, I ordered about 40labels. I tried email them but don't get any reply back from them. Not happy at all.

Labels don't fit?

Very disappointed with the service! I order every year, and this year it was anarchy in sending my order I was soon told that my bank account was not funded when it was not at all! What's more, I had a promotional code that wasn't taken into account, as I had to repeat my code 4 times and validate it 4 times! As a result, the parcel was delayed! In short, I wonder if in September I wouldn't order from another site! I have to say that the quality of the labels is unchanged, they're as beautiful, high quality and resistant as ever!

Nothing to say about the speed of shipment and the visual aspect of the labels BUT there is a big problem with the quality, all the labels came off in the first wash (even before washing they seemed fragile in terms of adhesion to the garment despite having respected the application process).

I will preface this by saying that I have not yet had a chance to check the quality of the labels because I live abroad and had purchased them convinced that they would arrive during our stay at my grandparents'. But the delivery time is not as much of a problem as the manner. In fact, the envelope with the labels inside was not mailed in the mailbox but left outside stuck in a dark window in the rain. My parents noticed the envelope by accident after days. Now, for the price of the labels (they cost twice as much as many others that are just as effective) I would at least expect the product to be delivered to the recipient and not for the recipient to have to work hard to find them. I give three stars because even if they were the most beautiful labels in the world, the service can be far improved and I certainly will not buy them again. That is, if the ones I received are usable.

I have ordered on several occasions and always perfect but not this time, I do not know if it is because they have changed the quality or because I did not include the paper to stick them with iron but all the stickers peeled off at the first use.

I had ordered this product a few years ago, these labels still hold but this time they fall off! WHAT A SHAME

The labels were too big because they wouldn't fit on the fabric, but they had to be iron-on to an existing label, so I had to cut them all out, which didn't make them look clean at all. On some garments, I had to cut the labels so I couldn't label them MAJ : it didn't hold up in the machine (max wash 40).

Thank you for the delivery time... more than a week, so it doesn't meet the urgent needs of parents who can't anticipate.

I'm very disappointed by the labels, which really don't stick to the clothes at all. I have 4 children and this is not the first time I have used iron-on labels.

Too bad the labels don't stick well. Delay respected as expected.

The labels on the Giotto crayons do not adhere well and in putting them on and taking them off the 'case they come off, I am not satisfied.

Goods were only received one week late.

Nice and very safe and fast site but they come off at the first wash , I was warned by other moms but I was stubborn .. anyway I took a few for this reason and I would not take back more

Something went wrong with the order, it arrived late. Looks good, but quality not yet tested because I have ordered very good products from other manufacturers in the meantime and got them faster and cheaper.

I ordered labels for my daughter's trip. The labels were to be dispatched within 48 hours and AFTER placing the order I was told that the delivery time could be a little longer. I was confident that the trip would only take place 1 month later. As a result, I never received the labels and spent my time scribbling indelibly on all his clothes. After trying several times to contact customer service via the website, I finally got through to someone on Facebook, who was very helpful, telling me that the order must have been lost and that they were going to send me my order again... fortunately, my daughter shouldn't have to change her name, because she had plenty of time to leave and come back.

So far I have bought labels for clothing and have been very comfortable with them. The latest ones, bought for pencils, on the other hand, I found to be not very durable. They do not adhere well to the edges and come off easily.

They took 10 days to arrive. I bought them two years ago and they were better quality. The bottoms are not as I expected.

2nd or 3rd time I've ordered and this time I'm quite disappointed. Lack of adhesion, practically peeling off most of the labels.

The stickers are very nice, but despite following the recommendations, they have peeled off.

This isn't the first order I've made, but the termo-sticky labels were a disaster. Many of them didn't stick when I got back from my school trip 5 days later, more than half of them gone.

It has been more than 20 days and the goods have not arrived I have sent two emails to the first one they replied to the second one no I wait a little more x see if the goods arrive and it is valid

Absolutely love the design and the idea but unfortunately the iron on labels have started to come off in the wash after only one wear/wash. I'd say 75% of the labels have come off in my washing machine and the others are hanging off, half stuck on. I have ironed them to the clothes labels which I'm pretty sure you're able to do? Left items a week before wearing and only ever wash at either 30 or 40 degrees. Worst thing is when I was doing all my sons nursery clothes, I loved the design and the fact ironing them on wasn't the worst job in the world, I ordered more for in the future (next size of clothing) so I now have another batch on the way but I don't want to spend a whole evening ironing them to come off in the washing machine. Overall, visually beautiful but practically not great.

The product arrived on time and in good condition, but many of the labels don't peel off or only with great difficulty. I'm disappointed because I had already ordered two batches and there were no problems. In my opinion, the quality has deteriorated.

Hello, I was very disappointed with my last order, which unfortunately was ordered during the stormy weather of the last few weeks. My parcel arrived soaking wet and some of the labels are unusable. They should be put in plastic envelopes. It's a real shame because this is the first time I've had such an experience.

Never received and I don't know how to write you sorry

I tried several times to put the iron at 200 on it but the edges didn't stick and at the 1st wash I found it in the washing machine ????
