I placed an order for which part is not compliant. I ordered a stamp to be engraved with lowercase for the first name and uppercase for the last name. I received everything written in uppercase. Customer service is unable to change the font, so I had to resign myself to accept the order as it is. I am obviously disappointed knowing that the stamp costs €30.

A friend recommended petit-fernand before my kids started primary school. The labels are amazing, sturdy and long lasting. The labels even stick really well to insulated cups. Highly recommend

Water bottle ordered less than two months ago and the printing came off. I had bought it for my son's return to school, I had to buy another one elsewhere because several letters came off even though he only used it 3 times. However, the clothing labels are good.
