In fact, my labels were sent to someone else! Fortunately, the person who received them had the good sense to send me an SMS to let me know (my number was written on the labels!) and was kind enough to send them to me by post. Ordered some labels at the end of August for the start of school, the delivery was marked as delivered but I did not receive. I messaged the Facebook page and was dealt with quickly and given the option of a refund or for them to be sent again, I chose for them to be sent again and they have just arrived. Even though there was a delay the communication was excellent and I received them in the end. Thank you!

I'm really pleased with my order and customer service! The postal service did not deliver my parcel and sent it back. The customer service person immediately responded to my request and sent my parcel back to me. The labels are of very good quality, as is the gourd, which my son immediately adopted. I've been using the labels for my daughter for a few years now, since kindergarten, and the product is really good! from the thermo-adhesive clothing labels, to the object labels, they have never come off, neither in the washing machine nor in the dishwasher. Great, I will continue to use them!

The labels are very pretty and easy to use. They wash very well. The only little problem that makes me lose a star is the delay in processing the order and delivery... whatever the size of the order, it takes at least a week to get it home. But I think the problem is with the post office, so there's not much you can do about it.

I waited to do my review because my order, placed at the end of August, when the maximum time expired was not delivered to me, despite the order status giving it as such. I contacted customer service who responded within 48 hours (as indicated), they sent my order back to me again which arrived today (4 business days after shipment). Unfortunately, they arrived late for the start of school, but I still feel like giving a good review because the labels are beautiful, the customer service is really efficient, and because I found them to be reliable. I'm afraid the delivery issue is not up to them; in fact, they may have even lost out.
