Order and delivery very good. The labels are great but the stamp runs, it doesn't hold up well to washing (after 1 wash) and is too wide for many clothing labels.

Compared to the order placed 2 years ago, I found these labels less resistant to washing than those ordered previously. Glossy finish and not matte compared to those already taken. Maybe that changes?

The thermal adhesive labels do not stick very well, sometimes they need to be reapplied, but they are still better than other labels I have tried!

Good shopping experience, the products are great, the water bottles are top quality so I am satisfied even though they are quite expensive. I just regret that home delivery is not offered given the prices, knowing that relay delivery is always chaotic and unfortunately it was no different this time, delivery to another relay point not close to our home... This explains the number of stars, for the rest nothing to complain about I recommend this site.

I loved being able to personalize the nursery pack labels which is super complete. I would have liked to make a matching keychain but it was impossible to match the small backpack with the toiletry bag. But we are very happy with the personalization of the backpack, snack bag, and cotton bag for dirty laundry

Hello, I was very satisfied with my purchase until a third of the heat-adhesive labels came off after one to two washes in the machine. I specify that I followed all the instructions to the letter. The shoe labels and the stickers are great: pretty and hold perfectly.

I have been ordering for several years but this time I wanted to change a bit, the labels are not iron-on but to be stuck on the garment label whereas I need them for my sewing collections. Second point, the last letter is confused in the flower, although on the order screen it was clearly distinct, third point shipping mix-up, I received someone else's labels! Even though customer service resolved the issue, it forced me to return to the pickup point.
