Deliveries in biblical time, even paying for expedited delivery. Fortunately, customer service is responsive. In one case got a refund of expenses.

The labels have arrived very well in terms of time, but they are not as effective as I thought because after two washes they are already peeling off, I have followed the instructions as it says, but I think the quality is not very good.

Good quality labels, nice choice of fonts and images. Too bad you can't choose different label sizes (I took self-adhesive clothing labels), or I didn't see how to do it.

I'm doing very well

Delayed delivery on a flood of orders, but labels as ordered. However, iron-on labels are more or less durable, depending on the fabric.

The labels are pretty, but the iron-on ones don't wash off.

Complicated start-up. Order misplaced, difficult to contact. But customer service was responsive to my comment, and the staff were understanding and helpful. Can't wait to receive my labels.

For one of our children, the labels don't come out as well as they did in the simulation. Other than that, great!

I purchased only the adhesive clothing labels, the ones that don't need to adhere with the use of an iron, and I have been very happy with them. So far I have done very few washes of the things I attached them to but I am satisfied

Nice labels, affordable price and understanding customer service. Only downside: the late delivery meant that we couldn't use the labels because they arrived on the day our child left on his trip, despite the 48-hour delivery time announced (which is why we'd chosen this brand in the first place). Should we order again (now that we know the brand) we'll keep a margin for delivery to avoid this little inconvenience. Thank you to C Mon étiquette for making a gesture in the face of this inconvenience.

As soon as I put them on, some iron-on labels came off in the first wash. However, I seem to have correctly applied the procedure (hot iron, 8s without steam with the sulfur paper supplied). Hopefully others won't come off too quickly.

Super disappointed, I thought I had ordered iron-on labels and not stickers to stick on the labels, as I cut them all off.......

Beautiful motifs! The stickers are really good. Only after washing several times do some of the stickers on the clothes come off. But most of them stay on. Some of them don't even come off at all. :) keep up the good work and thank you for being here ??

So far the order has not arrived, other previous orders have arrived before 15 days but this one has not arrived yet.

Product conforms to the order, very pretty and well made. There are also some little touches in the parcel. Just pay attention to the size because I thought the gourd was bigger and it's too small for my 9 year old daughter.

The adhesives are good but unfortunately too expensive and delivery takes far too long.

Everything is great. Very happy with my order. The only negative criticism I have concerns the time I had to wait to receive my order (20 days since I was notified by email that it had been sent to me). I know that this aspect does not depend directly on Petit Fernand!, but they can use other more efficient courier companies.

Part of the delivery was forgotten and had to be delivered later. The stated delivery time was greatly exceeded. Delivery from France takes at least 1 week longer

Problem with the order and shoe labels that don't stick - shame. I'll try again to see if it's just bad luck.

I don't like the stickers, as I don't like them.

I have made several purchases on the site, at different times of the year, and I must say that the package wait times have always been long! As for the product, the cap of the water bottles has always had problems! The first water bottle purchased with the first fall cracked and could no longer be used. I had sent an email asking for a replacement and we were told we could not be accommodated. Good thing we ordered two caps so we kept the second one, Even with the last order the cap leaks water. I have not written again to ask for replacement as I can guess the answer! The product is very nice and nice customization idea. The labels on the other hand thermoadhesive excellent.

I used these labels for school colors and on the water bottle. I have to say they hold up well and look nice too. I saved a lot of time putting names on each color like last year. Never again--now I have this convenience and I think I will use it again :)

Thanks to customer service , they resent my order, hope it will arrive this time :)

The labels are very cute but the thermo-adhesive labels come off quickly from the clothes without going through the washing machine. The object labels are still intact for now.

I am very happy with the labels. I took the nursery pack and it's perfect!!! I later took back the clothing labels because they weren't enough for me. I only put 4 stars because on some clothes it doesn't stick... After a wash it comes off. Otherwise very satisfied

This is the second time I bought products from them: the first time in 2019 thermoadhesive labels x clothes and stickers for objects and to this day they still resist, especially those for clothes that I also wash at 60* and dry in the dryer. While the second time, that is a month ago, I bought only the thermoadhesive ones and unfortunately I have to say that despite the good quality, already one out of 4 has come off but I want to be positive and hope that by passing over it again with the iron, it can reattach ????

I love them, I've been buying them for a while now, the only thing is that the last ironing ones have been coming off since the first wash.
