I am very satisfied with the products received in terms of quality. However, the last order I placed has a small defect. During the order, the name and surname were clearly visible on the proof. Unfortunately, upon receiving it, I saw that my child's name was not visible as the colors were close but not similar due to the gradients of the background color. What a shame.

I commented on the labels for my children's return to school. I received the mail on time, however, the notebook inside did not belong to me and belonged to another person. I called and the problem was resolved quickly as the advisor took care of my notebook promptly and sent it to me via express delivery. I received my label notebook on time and my children were delighted. A little adrenaline rush before the return to school, but everything ended well thanks to the advisor C-Monétiquette.

The stickers themselves are lovely and my son loved helping to put them on his uniform. There was however one page that hadn’t been cut out properly so I couldn’t peel the stickers off, which was disappointing.

A bit disappointed, I have been ordering from you for many years and I find that the thermal adhesive labels do not hold as well as before. And yet I followed the same operating procedure. They all peeled off either completely or partially despite following the application instructions.

I recently bought a textile stamp during the back-to-school week, a bit disappointed because on some garments, after the first wash, the ink fades a bit, and I got a cup with a silicone handle, I don't find it practical because the lid is difficult to close and open and the water flow drains quickly.

I ordered 100 object labels for each of my daughters to mark all their school supplies. I was unpleasantly surprised to discover that the labels had not been pre-cut properly. To use them, I had to cut each label with scissors. I sent an email to customer service who sent me a new batch, this one, perfect! Thank you very much

Very nice water bottle, we'll see over time if the designs hold up well. Small downside, the bottle leaks a bit if it ends up lying down in the bag. A brush to clean the straw would have been a nice addition.

The children's names have been mixed up so I have 2 booklets with names of the 2 children, I imagine the files have been mixed up, I am wasting time looking for the labels which is a shame. This is the 3rd year I am ordering and the first time this has happened, the labels are of good quality otherwise. A shame for this little hiccup.

I am disappointed because I received the labels too happy as I wanted the day I received them it was very wet and the packaging of the labels and the label booklet was soaked and torn even after letting it dry unfortunately they do not stick to the clothes
