Everything great except for the choice to outsource the shipping service to the post office which does not allow tracking of the delivery. I have placed several orders and most of the times the delivery was fast enough, only once the wait was longer, but always within the 10 day maximum promised.

Having ordered labels from your site on several occasions, I was disappointed by the self-adhesive labels which peel off on the 1st wash, so I ordered thermo-adhesive labels which need to be protected with greaseproof paper, which is normally enclosed!
