The product is great but the website should say clearly that it would take a week to arrive and is coming for France and next day delivery isn’t an option. The labels arrived a week after I needed them for camp

I really like it, practical and sturdy. However, making lots of small notebooks for identical labels (which wasn't the case before) I find that a bit impractical and not really eco-friendly. And I was missing half of my order upon receipt, the issue was corrected quickly but it was a bit awkward since the school year had already started.

Satisfactory product, just a small downside, product received with glue on the cap as if a label had been peeled off and the glue remained on the surface. But otherwise perfect. My daughter is 4 years old and she can use it perfectly well.

The name stickers are really nice and of top quality. However, if you pay extra for express shipping and order on a Sunday, but the items only arrive on Friday evening, I would suggest revising the description for express shipping.

My daughter is very happy with her water bottle, very pretty.. a small downside on the little metallic bar that holds the cap at the base for opening and closing (watch strap style) that comes off and needs to be pushed back in to avoid losing it.

Hello! I ordered object labels (1 line and mini) and self-adhesive clothing labels with express shipping. - clothing labels: great, nothing to complain about - delivery time: top - object labels: blurry printing, the writing is not clear and the edges stick poorly on pencils and Bic pens despite very careful handling to avoid damaging the glue - problem with the carrier: the "package" which was supposedly in the shape of a barely thick envelope did not go through the mailbox and I had to go pick it up by bike 10 minutes from my home and the envelope was well torn. Not a recommended service.

I placed a second order with the stamp, it would have been nice if it was also in the pack even if it's more expensive. Very happy with the fluidity and ease of use of the site to customize the labels. I applaud you for the speed of production and shipping (ordered on a Monday evening, received on Thursday). I took a kindergarten pack for my first order and I realize that there are labels I will not use. It was my first order, not the last, and I will take the labels I use.
