I had already ordered from this site and I was satisfied. This time I ordered and was supposed to receive my order on Thursday or Friday at the latest, having paid for expedited shipping; I received a green letter envelope on Monday and it was not my order. Not receiving it on the expected date, I requested a refund for the shipping costs, which were refunded to me, and upon receiving the order that was still not mine, I filed a complaint for a refund and that was refunded to me. I was disappointed with this order.

I love the products, especially the labels which are great 👌 but the caps of the water bottles with straws are very fragile... Already 2 have broken (the first one received a small bump, and for the second, a piece of plastic came off in my hand while opening it, yet I am much gentler than my children 😜) and 1 is leaking.. Luckily the water bottles are great and we can order extra caps! I ordered the snack box which is really pretty, but I'm afraid that the print (P'tit Loup) will peel off quickly and that the closures on the sides won't hold up long against little hands.. we'll see over time as they seem fragile to me 🤞

I regularly order from C-mon-etiquette and I am always pleased with the result. This time, I wanted to buy a water bottle with P’tit Loup, the mascot of my son's class. I give it a rating of 4/5 because unfortunately the stickers on the bottle peeled off even before the first use. I find it a shame given the price of the bottle. It won't stop me from ordering again, but I will only stick to buying labels.

Good. This is the second time I order a water bottle for my daughter this year. They are very pretty and sturdy, however the inscriptions do not last a full school year, which is annoying given the price. The last one I ordered has my daughter's name already partially worn off and yet I do not put it in the dishwasher. But my daughter loves her personalized water bottles.

2: Label quality is very good, however despite the extra cost for express delivery, it was not only not delivered on time but to a different pickup point. Running around the city for a standard envelope upset me. The outer envelope was disgusting but despite that, the product quality is impeccable. Only the delivery is not good. Best regards

very nice, colorful and above all practical thing - not only for children but also for older people/home residents, where items need to be marked. The labels stick very well to objects. Unfortunately, the adhesive labels intended for clothing do not hold up well in the wash, they slip or fall off. For clothing, it is better to only order the iron-on labels. Otherwise, nice products and fast delivery.
