The thermo-adhesive labels peel off after the 1st wash, I find that very limited, the ones I took last year still stick to the clothes I find that a bit limited...

They came off in wash and became very sticky but the picture is good washed in cold too

The work and the workplace itself are very pleasant. The only downside is one of the managers. I don't know if the supervisors have any management training, but as an employee you get the feeling that they don't. You can feel it in the way they talk and manage the team. Phrases like "I'm disappointed in you", "If your knee really hurt, you wouldn't be able to walk, so that's no reason not to come", "Since you're only pretending to work" can't come from the mouth of a superior. A manager is supposed to give feedback by showing the right way of doing things and explaining why other ways of doing things are not the right ones. All this without letting emotions speak for themselves, because the human element should be at the center, not the emotional. These behaviors have driven people away, and I've thought about it myself. I understand that a company that operates on a seasonal basis, and therefore with a fast-moving team, prefers to keep supervisors who know the work and are involved, but that can't excuse these behaviors, and in any case it can only harm the company in the long term (in my humble opinion).

I used to use another brand, but I wanted to try this one and unfortunately I'm very disappointed. After the 1st wash at 30°C, the labels were already peeling off, even though I had followed the instructions carefully...

The backpack is not suitable for toddlers. It's written for ages 3 and up, but I'm looking for a more suitable one.

Then considering the misunderstandings there were, with the failure to send the personalized bag and the name on the water bottle ruined only after one day, and the immediate resolution provided by petit Fernand I can say that I am quite satisfied with the service.

Ordered iron-on labels, very disappointed, after two washes, half of them have already peeled off... even though I followed the instructions to the letter.

I find it very practical, I love the different labels. The booklet system is also very well done. Honestly, everything is good and the shipping is fast too. But I find that the labels don't hold on certain garments like jeans and certain materials. I'm a bit disappointed, I have a dozen that didn't last two weeks, so I'm going to have to recommend some. It bugs me because it's for my twins who are in kindergarten, I really like the labels. Do you have a buffer system?

The products are of quality but the delivery is a problem: same delivery times (2 to 4 days) free if delivered at home but paying delivered at the post office!!!! Find the error!

Unfortunately I had the wrong order delivered. This was dealt with quickly and the correct labels where delivered promptly.

The site is very good and delivery very fast. On the other hand, I find that the labels do not peel off easily from the backing and are damaged before being used.

I would have put 5 stars if it weren't for the problem with the custom water bottle. Let me explain. I purchased this custom water bottle which arrived on time. Upon opening the package, I noticed right away a bulge to one of the designs that already from the first wash (by hand and with a soft sponge) was more ruined. In a short time the other designs were also ruined. Customer service, however, was prompt and very kind and refunded me apologizing for the inconvenience since there was a problem from the beginning. Other than that the water bottle is beautiful and easy to use. Regardless I recommend the product. I put 4 stars only for this small problem but otherwise I can't complain!

This is my first order and I was pleasantly surprised; the finish is identical to what I ordered; the notebook format is very practical and delivery is very fast.

Nice looking labels and good delivery. However after one wash the stickers came off my sons school Tops. Not had this problem from other label companies before.

The snack box isn't easy for kids to open and isn't watertight. The gourd leaked! You have to be very careful. Promotional codes don't work... The labels are fine.

Hello my negative opinion does not concern the products but rather the delivery, it is written between 2 and 4 working days concerning me one passed the 7 days and unfortunately I counted on this delivery. And the delivery tracking was also catastrophic, it said parcel delivered when it was not.

I've been ordering labels from this site for 6 years now, and they're always so high quality, they don't peel off.
