Great stickers, great design options. I find shipping difficult in autumn/winter. My letter was quite soaked (of course, one can say: own problem if the mailbox is not tight, but we also want to give them a good product...). Fortunately, the stickers were not damaged.

The labels, very good as always. This is the sixth or seventh order I have made for labels for clothes, objects, and shoes for 3 children. The problem has been that this year for the first time I was forced to take 30 clothing labels and 20 object labels, increasing the expense to more than 50€. Other times I was allowed to take 10 at a time and I spent a more reasonable amount, between 20 and 30 €. I did not like this change in policy from Petit Fernand.

I am very happy with the labels ordered for my children, as I have been for years. The only small downside this time is that my daughter chose the floral patterns and unfortunately they are cut off by the format of different models. You only see it upon receipt, what a shame.

I am very satisfied but the result of the heat transfer labels is a bit coarse, but I imagine it is the way of the label that gives this result! If not, very beautiful labels, I recommend!

Excellent website and customer service. Just to mention that a plastic covering inside the delivery envelope would help as due to rain during delivery package inside was wet . If it had plastic inside the envelope would protect the delivery inside. Apart from that delighted with service and quick delivery

Brilliant stick, the labels are perfect and easy to use. Only downside is that the text is bigger than the preview so the design doesn't look as nice.

Some of the stickers came off in the wash but some did stay on. Cute little labels don’t think would order again but they work for now.

I am disappointed with my 3rd order.. I received adhesive labels that only stick to the labels... but the first 2 orders were iron-on transfers.... I was expecting the same thing.. that said, the transfer labels do not last long on clothing

Fast and careful shipping, very appreciated! Small downside: the sulfurized paper for ironing was missing from the package. The quality of the labels seems a bit worse than during my previous purchases: thicker, harder to thermofuse and detach from the support.
