I've ordered 2 times now and I'm very satisfied.

Package received as requested. It's a pity that you can't get a bigger view when designing the product. But the result lives up to expectations. We'll see over time if it holds up.

The principle is great. You can personalize the labels, which is cool. I used them last year. A lot of them are still in place on clothes and very legible despite a lot of washing. They don't hold up so well in shoes.

Great but delivery time a little too long...

Hello, Having ordered several times, I have always been delighted with the adhesive textile labels you offer. I'm very disappointed with the latest ones I've received. For one of the two models, nothing to complain about. However, on the other, the labels don't stick to the garment and if by chance they manage to hold on after a day, they all come off when you put them in the washing machine... Is this a production problem?

As for the gourd, I'm very disappointed... I received it yesterday. I washed it by hand for the first time this morning. And I've already noticed dents at the base of the gourd... even though I didn't "mistreat" it. Knowing that these are water bottles designed for children, I wonder how long the color will hold up... if after only 2 minutes of use (washed in a stainless steel sink with a brush) it's already showing signs of knocks...

The quality of the product was great but unfortunately I have got to reorder due to a spelling mistake

I'm disappointed. I found several labels in the washing machine. I thought they were washable. For your information, I wash my clothes at 40 degrees

The product, the stickers with the child's name, are fine. The delivery time is around two weeks.

Very good, except that the labels and the font on them are very large.

Unfortunately, after a short period of use, there is a distinct taste from the silicone straw. The bottle is very high quality and our little one drinks very well from it. The imprint of the name and the design are also very appealing.

Beautiful labels, but very, very difficult to remove from the backing. When you've got twenty of them to stick on for a trip, you'll be tearing your hair out!

Good service, original and quality products. The only downside I find the shipping time. Unfortunately the goods arrived too late for use (name tags for clothes). I will definitely order again but with more advance notice.

The delivery time for my order had passed. We thought the shipment had been lost. As I absolutely needed the labels, I placed a second order. The first arrived 3 days later. I therefore find the delivery times too long and poorly respected. The product, on the other hand, is beyond reproach.

Items are great quality. They do take a while to be delivered however, but worth ordering ahead of time as alternatives do not so the job as well!

I am very satisfied with the labels. However, when I placed my order, the site wouldn't load and I had to refresh the page. Thinking that the payment wouldn't be taken into account because my bank hadn't asked me for authorization to validate the transaction, I repeated the order later. The order appeared in my "C-monetiquette" account, but I received two order acknowledgements by e-mail. In fact, the site validated my two orders even though I hadn't authorized payment via my bank application. I ended up with twice the number of labels I had originally ordered, and it's impossible to cancel an order on this site. The products are fine, but the site needs to be updated regarding payment.

Very nice gourds with lots of choice of personalization, but one arrived with the first name damaged and already a little removed.

Fast delivery, nice labels, I'm waiting to see if the quality of each type of label is what I expect.

My order took more than 10 days to arrive, and there is no tracking. However, I was pleased with my purchase. Tags are serving the purpose and my lo loves them.

Perfect labels, just as I designed and ordered them. I have been using the shoe, clothing and object labels for more than 6 years and I am very satisfied with Petit Fernand.

No problems with the labels. Just a small malfunction at checkout, no payment confirmation. My order still appeared in my basket. Order received promptly but forgot to put the greaseproof paper inside, forcing me to retrieve the old ones from my previous order.

I love your products but as a loyal customer of 4 children's stickers for many years (over 10) now I feel there should be even better discounts deals for us.

Very pretty labels and good quality. I just think it's a shame that delivery is by green letter, especially given the new postal delays. It almost didn't arrive on time. And yet I did it at least 10 days in advance.

Fast service, but two books of labels delivered in a simple envelope instead of a cardboard envelope, labels that have greatly lost in quality....

Contact with customer service very professional and pleasant, quick response and very responsive in case of problems. (I had not received my order and it was sent back to me directly). The delivery time is longer than indicated on the site. The products are very high quality and the visuals are great!

Fast shipping and good quality

I order every year. Very good product but the new parcel delivery format is not suitable. Sending by post was much more practical and above all quicker. With the bank holidays, it took me over a week to get my order, whereas before I used to receive it in my letterbox within 48 hours. The order was processed quickly, but it took too long to receive it at a relay point.

The labels are beautiful and the design is up to date. Jen had already ordered them 10 years ago for my son. The only drawback is the delivery time (2 weeks).
