I placed an order on January 4. On January 5th I received an email confirming that the parcel had been dispatched and announcing that it would be received within 8 working days. Today is the 22nd and still nothing. I contacted customer service and the automated message promised a reply within 24 hours. I'm still waiting... What's more, the tracking link doesn't work.
