This is the 2nd time we have ordered. The first ones are already used up. They hold really well and the writing does NOT fade! This time I can unfortunately only award 4 stars because the envelope with the labels unfortunately arrived here very bent (post stop).I hope the bent stickers still last a long time on the items. I would recommend the labels to others. As we already have experience with other service providers and we didn't like them that much.

Top item and shipped quickly but the DPD delivery company is really unprofessional, leaving a notice by SMS when they have not even passed, late delivery, politeness absent and on top of that it's borderline if they do not send us the package in the face. You don't have to change anything except your delivery service.

I ordered a personalized gourd for my little nephew which arrived with the stickers badly stuck on, full of defects. I made a complaint and they sent me back an identical gourd this time without defects and very quickly.

I ordered for 2 children. The stickers came together in a book. As they are each school enrolment gifts, I now have to separate the stickers out of the book for each child. With two different names, the stickers should come separately

The reason we have changed the packaging is that we want to be more environmentally friendly and reduce paper waste as the booklets will eventually end up in the bin. Very practical and beautiful, although the last two orders have arrived one with the labels badly centered, and the last a few days ago with more than half with the name somewhat blurred, it is not cheap so I think there should be a process of quality control higher than there is currently.

Bought a stainless steel gourd personalized with the child's name. Quality of the bottle Quite good and pretty, but I can't say the same for the plastic cap... my son dropped it 2 times, which literally broke the cap...
