Never disappointed between the product ordered and received. The only small hitch was that the order was ready on Friday and I paid for delivery in 24 hours. I was therefore expecting delivery on Saturday but it arrived on Monday.

The thermo-adhesive labels peel off after the 1st wash, I find that very limited, the ones I took last year still stick to the clothes I find that a bit limited...

Great labels, my son sticks them on every year and now I'm ordering new ones for my baby.

2nd year I've ordered the elementary school pack. It comes complete with object labels and clothing labels. I also use the labels when she goes on a field trip. The object labels are dishwasher-safe and the clothing labels are washing-machine-safe.

They came off in wash and became very sticky but the picture is good washed in cold too

The work and the workplace itself are very pleasant. The only downside is one of the managers. I don't know if the supervisors have any management training, but as an employee you get the feeling that they don't. You can feel it in the way they talk and manage the team. You can feel it in the way they talk and manage the team. Phrases like "I'm disappointed in you", "If your knee really hurt, you wouldn't be able to walk, so that's no reason not to come", "Since you're only pretending to work" can't come from the mouth of a superior. A manager is supposed to give feedback by showing the right way of doing things and explaining why other ways of doing things are not the right ones. All this without letting emotions speak for themselves, because the human element should be at the center, not the emotional. These behaviors have driven people away, and I've thought about it myself. I understand that a company that operates on a seasonal basis, and therefore with a fast-moving team, prefers to keep supervisors who know the work and are involved, but that can't excuse these behaviors, and in any case it can only harm the company in the long term (in my humble opinion).
