Great company with great customer service. I've ordered from them a few times now and quality of product is great for both my kids who are at school and nursery. Order delivered quickly but impossible to enter the problem encountered with the gourd in the after-sales service area. The spout seems to have a defect which means my daughter can't drink properly. It's a pity because the design is very nice.
