Ordered labels for school uniform and were marked as delivered after waiting 10 days but didn't receive them. Took several attempts of reaching out to the company before they offered to resend or a refund. Patiently awaiting my refund now and disappointed as I'd heard such good things and the labels looked great on the website.

Labels took more than 3 weeks to arrive. Left a review and messaged regarding the labels and was offered a refund or for them to be shipped again but they arrived before that was needed. I've applied them to the clothes and they seem to be sticking ok.

Ordered stick on labels for my grandson's nursery clothes, although they seemed to take an age to arrive, the wait was worth it. The labels were clearly written and the chosen style of font and the little skateboard emblem were perfect. I did use customer service and they were very prompt and helpful with their answers. All in all a great customer experience and a company I shall buy from again.

I have always bought my little girls labels from here and can honestly say they are the best and I love the little personal touches. This time round I had an issue with shipping and Petit-Fernand fixed this issue super quick by sending me a replacement just in time for my little one starting back at school. Great little company. Ordered my daughters iron ons and couldn't be more pleased. I have only washes them once so far @ 60°c and they are still firmly attached. The only thing I would say is a bit more diversity in the pictures you can use ie darker skinned pictures. But over all very happy and delivery was about 2 weeks, which worked for me.

Quite simply, the best customizable labels on the market. The designs are adorable, and the price/quality ratio is clearly top-notch. And kudos for top-notch customer service. A small example to illustrate: I made a mistake on the phone number I put on my daughter's labels, the order was validated but I contacted customer service who made the change. Super friendly and attentive. The best part is that I called them a little too early in the morning around 7:30, and they called me back as soon as their office opened. I recommend them 100% and will continue to use the labels for my children or for adults - after all, it's very pretty for everyone?
