I received my back-to-school labels fairly quickly. The quality is very good. I guess there was a problem with my order because I received 2 envelopes (I was away for the weekend). Thank you very much.

The labels were very pretty but they mixed up the labels of the 2 children, which was very annoying given that they were back-to-school gifts.

I love this stuff. Every year I'm ordering labels fo my sons school clothes and they are amazing! So many patterns and colours. And the most important they are staying on place after washing clothes every in hight temperature. Highly recommended!

Have always been satisfied so far, so have often reordered shoe labels. Placed a new order on 18.08.23. The confirmation email stated the usual processing time of 48 hours. The labels should have been sent by then. To date (24.08.23) no shipping confirmation received. The customer account states that the delivery should take place between 26.08.23 and 04.09.23. If the delivery arrives at the beginning of the specified period - ok, there can always be delays, but 04.09.23 is very late and incomprehensible. If you write an email to customer service, all you get back is a standardized reply with a reference to the 48-hour processing time and the subsequent shipping time by the postal service. Money has already been paid. Not really satisfactory.

Have used this these labels a number of times now for both my sons and they are brilliant. They are so simple and stay in place for the whole school year. I'm sure I will continue use them for the next few years!

I have completed my first order in chronoposte supposedly in 24h 48h except that I received in 3 or 4 days so avoid this shipment is abuse really otherwise it's fine.

I'm very happy with these services, which are still of the same quality 7 years later. I've already taken labels for my first child, for whom I still have iron-on labels for operational clothing. That's why I turned directly to this site. I recommend it. No need for after-sales service at the moment.

The site simply lets you personalize the labels, and you can keep the personalization from one label to the next. My only regret is that I didn't find a more sober, "school-like" script for a child starting to learn to read (the script I used has the letters B askew...). I wanted to keep the same personalization as last year, and the colors varied slightly, but nothing catastrophic. Customer service is really top notch, with the reprinting and return of my label order within 48 hours, following the non-delivery of the tracked letter by the post office. In short, I'm delighted to continue my relationship with C-mon-etiquette!
