I placed an order on January 4. On January 5th I received an email confirming that the parcel had been dispatched and announcing that it would be received within 8 working days. Today is the 22nd and still nothing. I contacted customer service and the automated message promised a reply within 24 hours. I'm still waiting... What's more, the tracking link doesn't work. I have previously ordered from a similar Spanish company when I lived in another country and the order arrived very quickly. My order at Petit-Fernand took more than two weeks, if not longer. And now I live in Spain and it was not only the shipping but also the production time. The clothing stickers have come off with the washes, compared to the other brand that never came off. What I like the most however are the stickers for notebooks or books because you can have a variety of them on a single page.
