I love the fact that I can personalize my children's labels, choosing the background color, the writing style and a funny little logo, for us pirates and unicorns. The price is just right, given the quality of the labels, and the delivery is very fast, so I'm happy with everything.

I didn't receive my parcel when I first requested it (postal problem), but customer service was very responsive and offered to send me the parcel, which they did immediately. I received the parcel and I'm delighted with the result, which is what I expected.
