We had an order that did not arrive within ten working days. We reported it and were refunded the money. A day later the order did arrive. We reported it again and they said that we no longer had to pay for the order.

The quality and price are there. This is the second time I've ordered and my son is very happy with the result, with a wide choice of labels in a range of colors and designs. And the labels stick really well (I prefer the self-adhesive ones, which are easier to apply).
