Nice idea, useful and convenient x those who, like me, have neither time nor desire to stand there writing and sticking labels on every kindergarten/school accessory. As for shipping, they are too strict, which is why I did not put 5 stars, as on a very large order, they would charge me for shipping (despite reaching 49 would be free) and I had to have it delivered to a pickup point in my area to avoid the charge.

The site is easy to use and saved time by reordering some old labels I'd used. My only gripe is the delivery times, I know they're shipped from abroad but I thought the labels had got lost in the post. They took over a week (nearly 2 weeks) to arrive after despatch which is too long.

I ordered on the site, unfortunately the delivery was not carried out correctly with the relay by Chronopost. When I called to say that I hadn't received my order, the person I spoke to immediately took charge of my complaint and made a new order with delivery at their expense. Lots of choice in label design, which is still very easy to create. Shipping is very fast and the choice of quantities and prices is very good. On the other hand, as I live in a fairly isolated area, I couldn't use the parcel relay option because it was too far away, even though there has been a relay (Mondial Relay) very close to my home for several months now. I regret the lack of choice of relays.

A little disappointed by the quality this time, I've been ordering every summer for a while now and this time the envelope arrived streaked, as did the label pack (certainly due to postal processing). What's more, the labels don't peel off properly, causing sticky little fims around the label which I tried to remove, but the label's glue also came off. Delivery is fast, and so is shipping, but the quality was just a little lower this summer.
