This is the second time I've ordered and I'm very happy with the name labels. The only thing I've noticed is that when I wash an item of clothing more often, the label hangs off a bit. Edit: After 2 days of school, the water bottles are leaking into the bag... These are the new ones, the ones with the straws. ?? Labels are always top-notch and hold much better than other brands. I'm used to ordering from this site. One of the 2 water bottles has defects on the patterns (holes and bubbles) and on the canvas bag, there's a hole on the first name print. Customer service sent me back a flawless bottle. Today, September 11, I'm still waiting for the canvas bag to be restocked. Customer service is very responsive and understanding.
