My parcel was badly routed by chronoposte, causing not only a delay in delivery but also a parcel received in very poor condition and ripped open!

I could have given it 5 stars if I hadn't found the self-adhesive labels stuck on the drum of my washing machine. I wash my clothes at 30 and I regularly find labels that come off in the wash. And this is not the first year. I had ordered from two different brands and wasn't sure which one was sticking to my drum. It doesn't happen with all the labels, I'm sure, but it's annoying all the same.
