I am very satisfied with the service! I had received labels that didn't stick well to the items, customer service promptly contacted me and sent me 10 labels for each type I had ordered, I haven't used them yet honestly, but I'm happy either way how they took care of me customer who has been buying their products for years! Stra recommend for sure!

The workmanship is really good, and the idea of adding animals is great. My daughter and grandson are delighted. The shoe labels are also really nice. Love these labels, they last for ages and the cute designs just add to their wonder. I've been using them for about 4 years and most of the original stickers are still in, I have to peel and change them for a younger siblings sticker. They even last through the dishwasher and washing machine fantastically and last on both clothes and food utensil. Well worth the investment!
