"My order arrived very late" was the complaint I made when I sent the email to customer service. As Murfy's law, the package arrived the next day, and while on top of that a few minutes later with the package in my hand, I received the notice "your order has been shipped." again... I told what has happened and how to pay the ones they have sent again, but I have only received the reply "Keep both of them as gifts." It has been a super nice experience. This is my second order of labels from this company. They can be personalised with font style, colour and text - great for naming children's lunchboxes, water bottles etc. The stickers dont come off in the sink or dishwasher either. I also added a snackbox which my 3 year old enjoyed designing too. The order arrived fairly quickly. Highly recommend Petit- Ferdinand products.
