A brand that listens to its customers! I've only had one problem with the quality, but it was immediately addressed and I received the same quality as before, free of charge and very quickly! I've never been disappointed, great concept, long-lasting and a great time-saver when you don't have 3 children... in short, I recommend them!

This is the second time we've ordered. The labels for our first (which were stuck on 3 years ago) are still sticking. And we bought a personalized isothermal water bottle for our second. The personalization lasts over time and the water stays fresh in all circumstances. They're expensive but quality products.

Excellent labels as excellent as the customer service turned out to be. Despite the fact that I had in fact chosen traceable shipping, due to a post office inefficiency I think, with that shipping number it was not giving me any info. I emailed and without my asking they refunded the extra service I had requested. A few euros, but this nicety nevertheless demonstrates the attention to the customer also emphasized by the request to keep them updated on whether it was delivered by the deadline. The labels then thankfully arrived and to date I am more than satisfied with them.
