The product is great, it meets my expectations. But the delivery service leaves a lot to be desired. What I ordered arrived in a paper envelope, and when it was delivered to me, the envelope was already open, wrinkled, and had been stepped on. Fortunately, the product was in good condition and I was able to make use of it.
