I placed an order at the beginning of summer holidays and there was some issue where the system said it had been delivered but it had not, the staff online were very responsive and attentive to this and made sure a new batch of labels were sent out.. I received them within 3 days! Incredible service we use them all the time and they never disappoint!

I've been a customer for years, and the labels are practical and durable despite being machine-washed. This year I'm tempted by the gourds, which have a nice look.
