Large size listen to the recommendations of the sellers.

Nothing to say about the delays and the follow-up of the shipment... but there was a difference of 4 sizes on the product received compared to the order. The phone contact with the Peacksea representative went very well and the reshipment was fast. We still have to check that the new shipment will be conform... Please note that the purchase of a plastic envelope for the return was at my expense.

the ordered hat arrived with a lot of delay, instead of the 8 to 10 days indicated, it was for Christmas, it was 3 weeks! It was to replace an old Musto hat, but the one received has nothing to do with it, it is not the same material nor the same color = disappointment...

Very disappointing. The product (40 mm long flat calipers) is announced in stock but the order is sent only after 4 weeks. Without any news, I had to contact myself to get information and understand what was going on: waiting for the supplier. I absolutely needed it for the Christmas vacations. I was right to anticipate my purchase in November... Moreover, for an unknown reason, the package was not delivered to the requested relay point. Last surprise: when I finally get my order back, I notice that the flat stirrups are not the size I ordered (50 mm instead of 40 mm). Very long delays, unsolicited information, modified delivery, non-compliant order: full marks! Usually I never put reviews (positive or negative) but this is out of the ordinary enough to deserve it.

I would not rate the delay in delivery as I attribute it to the current strikes. I did not rate 5 stars because I had a hard time getting information about this delivery delay. I was patient because there was no urgency to repair my sail and because you were very kind on the phone but it is not normal that you continue to promote on the internet a product that you have been out of stock for three months (with the mention delivered within a week), this shows at least a negligence on your part

The only point that explains my rating: in commenting on my order I had underlined the wish to be delivered with 4 mooring lines: 3 of 5 m and one of 10 m. The package includes only one 25 m mooring line.

Hello, Marine card ordered on 21 /11 received on 12 /12, while it should have arrived between 02 and 05 /12 and I needed it of course on those dates. When I called, the person on the phone gave me the impression that it was an oversight, she offered to reimburse me because I told her that the other people in the training had received it on time (ordered from competitors) and assured me that I would have it on the 11th, I went to the relay point, still not arrived. I placed an order in early November, by phone, in the morning, for a Guy Cotten suit in size M. I called back in the afternoon and the lady I contacted recorded the change to size S on her computer. I specified a second time the size S on the order form that I sent you with my payment check. However, I received my order in size M, a sign of a bad follow-up by your services.
