Product meets my expectations. Customer service easily reachable, attentive and responsive. I remove one star because of a small problem of delay due apparently to a delay of the supplier and also for the bad choice of the packaging, which was not adapted to the product. Indeed, as it is a long eye needle, it would have been better to pack it in a rigid cardboard box, rather than a soft plastic envelope, because the needle was twisted when it arrived. This is not surprising when you know how "delicate" the deliverymen are when they handle the packages.....

Disappointed after a refusal to group my last two orders to give me free shipping. Instead you offered me the delivery for the next order which for me is not a commercial gesture, just a way to push me to buy.

The update of the catalog is certainly complicated or even impossible depending on the number of suppliers. But the information transmitted to the customer must be accurate and fast. To be more precise, when a customer orders 2 items, one of which is unavailable in the end, and he still receives the unavailable one but not the other, there is a communication problem. I placed an order on October 28, and paid an additional shipping charge of *** for express delivery on October 30. We are on November 12 and I still have nothing! despite several calls and a new shipment of my order on October 6 for delivery on October 8.
