Faster free delivery

Satisfied with the goods sent, nothing to complain about! On the other hand, I was very surprised to have to pay again ***.- Swiss francs to receive this package! Perfect product and good quality. On the other hand I paid for a home delivery, I was at home all day and the delivery men never came. I had to pick up the package myself at a relay point 30 minutes away from my home (on foot because my car was broken down). I find this unacceptable.

I received quite quickly the 23 /aoÅ"t and as soon as I receive the package I realize that it does not suit me, I return it within the hour with the return form as indicated in the package and shipping costs of *** at my expense in collissimo .SO, I paid twice for transport for an unfortunate thing to ***, total cost *** . The next time I buy from a small merchant near me. Since then I have no news from this site or anyone else, nor refund, my consumer association will be notified when I return from vacation. It is certain that on *** the problem would already be settled. It is all the same regrettable that the example comes from America. The two books I ordered arrived in a large cardboard envelope that was very damaged: it's a miracle that the books themselves were not damaged. Apart from that, the service was correct (deadlines were respected) and the price was interesting.

Hello I am really disappointed by the site picksea. Indeed I placed my order on Sunday June 30th. I had news of my order on July 10th specifying that it was sent via collisimo. We are on July 16th and I still haven't received anything for a use on July 18th. Indeed I was counting on these bags for a delivery. In parallel and the same day of order on June 30 I bought shirts via cafe coton. The next day I received a notice of shipment. And was delivered on Thursday July 4. The shipping costs were also offered. Comparison obliges I do not hide you my disappointment for my first test on your site. Not sure to come back. Sincerely ***
