I am fully satisfied with the watch. The shipping package was not adapted. A cubic box in a large bubble envelope: as a result, the watch box was completely crushed when the package arrived. A little thought and common sense would be useful in your shipping department and also, perhaps, equipment adapted to the volume of the shipments! Hoping for a justified answer from you. Hello, on my order ***, I called customer service on 3 /12 /2018 at 9:40 am to warn you of a delivery problem with Collissimo, indeed despite a so-called deposit in my mailbox (November 30) I never received the package. However, on 7 /12 /2018, you say on my summary that the order has been delivered. I understand that it is more the responsibility of Collissimo to find this package but I am just disappointed in the lack of consideration of my request by phone.
