The offer was tempting, the response to my order was quick. But then I didn't hear anything for several weeks, and I had to insist to learn that the item I had ordered and had been told would be shipped soon was no longer available. The offer that was made to me afterwards was decent and the matter ended quite well. All in all, it appears that the presentation of available articles must be well followed and above all that the announcement of a forthcoming order should only be made with certainty.

The delivery was scheduled for July 17 and I had not seen this before ordering. I probably would not have ordered it if I had seen this delivery date before validating my order. However, the delivery can take place a few days after my order well before July 17 so very good surprise!

Fast order processing and fast delivery too. It was great! Customer service on the phone was also very professional. However, the order of 3 trolleys was shipped in 2 times. So I had to pay twice the customs clearance fee (***)... It was not cool. I don't know if it's related but at the same time I received a fake email from chronopost asking me to pay shipping fees. I almost fell for it, it was very well done. Fortunately I received the notice from the Post Office at that time and did not pay the requested amount. Best regards! ***

After receiving an item, I realized that the item did not correspond to the description on the website. There was a problem of dimension. After calling the after-sales service to explain the problem, the seller told me that there was nothing he could do and that it was the fault of his supplier. He did not want to take charge of the return costs for a product that did not conform to the description. For me it will be the 1st and last time I order on this site. Not at all commercial!
