Incomplete shipping address, package returned. A person named *** tells me that I did not enter my address correctly. This has never happened to me in 25 years of Internet ordering, but why not... rather a bug in your system, but it can happen. The role of the after-sales service is to listen, reassure, and find a solution. Isabelle wanted above all to be right and show me that I was wrong. Totally out of her role.
